🚫 Inside the House: Please refrain from smoking (there is a smoke detector), playing loud music/TV, hosting parties/events, bringing pets, or exceeding the number of guests included in the reservation.
🏊♂️ Backyard and Pool: Cover the pool after use and do not manipulate the filtration system. Please retract the awning after use.
🍽️ Designated Dining Areas: Kitchen table, dining room, and patio. Do not eat, bring, or leave food in other areas of the house.
♨️ Surfaces: None of the surfaces (tables, kitchen countertop, etc.) are heat resistant, so do not place pans or pots directly on them. Always use trivets or tablecloths.
🔌 Electricity and Water Use: Do not connect devices that significantly increase water or electricity consumption without prior authorization.
⚠️ Issues or Damages: Please report any issues or malfunctions immediately. If something breaks or gets damaged, let me know right away—it may be covered by insurance.
